My stay at Baia Lara was absolutely wonderful, with very nice staff and a beautiful atmosphere. The entertainment team was vibrant and really made the experience nice. However, the Wi-Fi was quite disappointing, making it difficult to stay connected while enjoying my holiday.

My room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, though I could have used an extra pillow (not that it was difficult to ask for one). The cleanliness was also really good, making me feel at home.

The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome and willing to accommodate requests. A special shoutout to the housekeeper, Alime, who kept my room in pristine condition throughout my stay.

Baia Lara is situated perfectly with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. I never struggled to find a sun lounger, despite the pool getting busier early on.

The food quality was fantastic, with a great variety available at meal times. I particularly loved the pizza station by the waterslides! However, it would have been nice to see more themed dinner nights to mix things up.

However, I was disappointed with the lack of information provided upon check-in regarding the facilities and activities available, which meant I missed out on several entertainment options. Additionally, while the service was generally friendly, improvements are needed in communication and the dining experience.
